FERTAN FEDOX CONCENTRATE 1L (1ST)

FeDOX de-rust concentrate is a product specially developed for removing rust from the inside of tanks and for removing rust from steel parts and is used to prepare FERTAN for surface protection. The steel parts / tank inner surfaces are absolutely bare when using FeDOX. The product contains special wetting agents and biodegradable surfactants in aqueous solution. The metal rusted with FeDOX is protected against corrosion before it is coated / painted with FERTAN. FeDOX is used in a 10% solution with water.

USAGE

Preparation of a bath with 11 liters: add about 7 liters of tempered water to about 60 ° C in the tank and slowly add 1 liter of FeDOX while stirring. Fill the tank completely with 3 liters of tempered water and mix well. Allow the tank to react for about 12 hours at room temperature. Empty the tank, collect the material in a suitable container for reuse. Rinse the tank very well with clean water, several times if necessary and add FERTAN to the tank, allow to react and then rinse very thoroughly with clean water. FeDOX can also be used in ultrasonic systems with changed concentrations. Constant temperature of approx. 55 - 60 ° C dissolves even strong corrosion in the shortest possible time.
