This Final waterborne degreaser is a water and solvent based VOC-confrom final cleaner. 3911WB eliminates contamination from old finishes and prepares the area to apply automotive paint or topcoats. This product is applied from the top of the panel down and then wiped off with a new clean, lint-free cloth.
