Using this intermediate pad, you significantly reduce polishing time without causing coarse grating with the velcro. This intermediate pad is suitable to use Tolex sandpaper in a safe way. The intermediate pad contains micro velcro which allows the Tolex sandpaper to easily adhere to the pad and not scratch the surface.
