Spraymax 2-component epoxy primer in spray can is your partner for high-quality bodywork repair. The 2K epoxy primer offers metal surfaces the best protection against rust and corrosion. Moreover, this Spraymax primer can be oversprayed by all 1K and 2K automotive paints.
In addition, the Spraymax primer has a high filling capacity to fill and level small irregularities, such as pits and fine sanding scratches. This filler can be used for large repairs as well as for small repairs (spot repair). This epoxy primer offers excellent adhesion and can be used on all substrates such as: metal, non-ferrous metal, galvanized steel sheet or aluminum.

Instructions for using the 2K aerosol can:
◘ Shake canister well for 2 minutes
◘ Remove the red cap from the cap
◘ Place and press the red cap onto the pin at the bottom of the aerosol can
◘ Shake well again for 2 minutes
◘ The spray can is now ready to spray
Technical properties:
- Spraying distance 15 cm - 20 cm
- Spraying strokes Dry film thickness 70 μm (approx. 2 - 3 spray layers)
- Flash-off time Flash time: approx. 5 min. between each spray coat
- Final flash-off time: approx. 30 min. for forced or IR drying
- Processing conditions Optimal processing at 18° C - 25° C and a relative humidity of 40 - 60 %.
- Consumption approx. 2 m² at 20 μm dry film thickness
- Drying time TG1 dust dry: 15 min
- Drying time at room temperature: 12 hrs
- Drying time at 60°C: 30 min
- IR drying possible.
- Wet sanding with P 800
- Dry sanding with P 400 - P 500
Tip:
First clean the surface and remove the rust

Spray 2 to 3 layers with an interval of 5 to 10 minutes.
Final coat with wet sanding paper P 800
