LOCTITE HY 4070 - 2K REPAIR ADHESIVE, 11GR

Loctite HY 4070 is a 2-component hybrid gel that is so strong it can pull a 208 ton train! This adhesive is gel-based and has very good moisture resistance on a variety of materials. Thanks to its innovative 2-component technology, this adhesive offers maximum control with incredible curing power that can withstand temperatures up to 100°C regardless of the environment! Loctite HY 4070 is convenient and ready to use so you do not need a gun. Thanks to the mixing tube, the adhesive is pushed into the perfect mixing ratio allowing you to apply it very precisely to metals, plastics and porous materials. With the Loctite HY 4070, the repairs will stay repaired!



Main differences between Loctite 3090 and Loctite HY 4070:

- Very good moisture resistance compared to Loctite 3090

- Resistant up to 100°C, Loctite 3090 max. 80°C

- Slightly longer processing time (3-4 min) than Loctite 3090 (90sec.)

- Ability to bond ferrous and non ferrous metals



In summary, the Loctite 3090 lends itself very well to indoor applications, while in humid conditions the Loctite HY 4070 is a better choice or when a u a longer processing time or metal bonding is desired.
