Uninsulated starter eyes, also called uninsulated ring cable lug, are mounted on the end of (starter) cable to fasten it to a bolt or other connector. The starter eye is crimped to the cable using special pliers. The starter eyes are available for virtually all quadrant and diameter hole sizes.
