Shipments standard packages
Orders placed before 16:00 on working days, we try to ship the same day. Parcels under 25 kg are normally delivered to you the following day. However, we do not always manage to keep up with this, sometimes products are out of stock or you have placed an order that weighs more than 25kg.
Deliveries outside Belgium take slightly longer, which means the parcel will take at least 2 to 5 working days to arrive. But with the help of the Track&Trace code, you can easily track your parcel. You will receive the Track&Trace code via the shipping company Bpost. If you have not received this code via Bpost, please contact us at webshop@auto-service.be. Please clearly state your order number (ONL-) so that we can quickly trace your parcel.

Shipping costs are more for larger or heavier packages, but these are clearly displayed in the shopping basket. Delivery will be made via the postman, parcel deliverer from DPD or GLS. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Shipping heavy parcels from 25 kg or more
For orders of heavy objects over 25 kg, we have a special shipping policy. Examples of such heavy parcels are garage jacks, motorbike lifts, and lifting bridges. Due to the nature of these shipments, higher shipping costs apply. These packages are shipped using GLS or a similar transport service, which means that delivery may take an additional 2-3 working days. These parcels are picked up later by our transport service, which means you will receive your order a little later than usual. Do you have questions about the shipping process or the extra costs? Damage
If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please follow these steps for a quick response:
• Take a photo of the shipping label on the box (with your name on it)
• Take a photo of the contents with the damage
• Send these photos together with your order number (ONL-) to: webshop@auto-service.be
Returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product is not to your liking or maybe there is another reason why you would not want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation. You will then be credited the order amount, excluding the shipping costs we have already incurred for the order. The shipping costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.95 per package, please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
How to request a return?
To exercise this right, you can contact us via webshop@auto-service.be. Clearly state the order number of your order (starts with ONL-). You can then send the package back to us at your own expense. We will then refund the due order amount (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of your return notification, provided the product has already been received in good order and is unused. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this depreciation of the product. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned. Products containing liquids are an exception.
What document should I include with the returned goods?
For a smooth return process, it is best to include an order confirmation with the goods or the provided invoice.
