DISC SPECIAL CHEMICALS ULTRASONIC CLEANING FLUID HTW, 5L

This ultrasonic cleaner is of high quality and low foaming. Due to the addition of special tensides and additives, this cleaner can already be used from low temperatures (20 °C). The liquid generates very little foam which is also broken down very quickly. When used at temperatures above 35°C, there is no foam at all anymore. The product does not leave a greasy layer on the treated surface. Ultrasonic cleaner HTW emulsifies easily with all types of soiling for effective cleaning.



Application:

Cleaning and degreasing glass, plastic and bare metal parts. Ideal for degreasing drill and tap oil, lubricating and bearing greases etc.



Usage:

Preferably set the ultrasonic device to dilution 1:50 (2%), maximum 1:10, minimum 1:150, depending on the degree of contamination.

The best result is achieved at a temperature between 40 and 80 °C.

Rinse cleaned material with water or Demi.
